I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, which causes stiffness and joint pain. I wasn’t feeling any better after taking many medications and trying various exercise programs. My joint aches have decreased since I began seeing Amitojh (physical fitness) and Divyanshi (mental- wellbeing)  two months ago, and I can now perform the majority of my daily tasks without difficulty.
