Divyanshi Lohiya
Professionally, I am a Holistic Psychologist. I practice Yoga psychotherapy, Somatic Therapy & Art Therapy along with Different Psychotherapies.
From preparing for MBBS( because I was good in academics) to BSc biotech (Didn’t get into MBBS). I had no idea what to do, but something that I was completely sure of was not to continue with biotech as I felt so out of the place.
Amidst my travels, book reading, spiritual learnings, and messing up my life. I discovered that I get along well with others. Having the ability to enter someone else’s world and to understand how they view things comes naturally to me.
That’s how my journey of self-work started, and I went on to pursue my master’s degree in Psychology. I started learning Yoga, Psychotherapy, NLP, expressive art therapy, and ATB (awareness through the body) as the seeker in me wanted to delve deeper within and I always intend to continue this journey of exploring different layers of my existence and life.
