Do I need any prior experience or fitness level to join?
No prior experience or specific fitness level is required. These classes are typically designed to accommodate participants with varying levels of experience and fitness.
What should I wear or bring to the class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, such as athletic wear or yoga pants. Please bring any kind of weight (kettlebell or dumbbell) and resistance bands. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a yoga mat if required for floor exercises.
