After struggling for four years with knee and IT band pain, I finally completed my first 5k — all thanks to Ami’s expert training. Even remotely, his personalized approach helped me build strength and overcome limitations that once held me back. His calm, knowledgeable guidance made all the difference. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pain or injuries.
Hey Amitojh! Just wanted to thank you! The kind of progress I’ve seen in the last 6 months is amazing! My body feels stronger and the constant aches and pains have completely vanished! From a time when I thought I couldn’t do any squats to a point where we consistently increasing weight and volume is so awesome! It pushes me to go to the gym again and again! Thank you for tailoring the work outs to my needs and schedule! Couldn’t have asked for a better coach!
While I’ve known Divyanshi for the past 5 years, the real work started quietly through our weekly sessions and the small but visible changes they brought into my life. One thing Divyanshi kept telling me was to move more. She would always say that until I brought movement into my daily routine, I would continue to stay stuck in the same freeze mode. Then one day, she told me that she and Amitojh were starting a beautiful initiative focused on women’s emotional and physical wellbeing. I instantly knew I wanted to be a part of Divyanshi’s sessions, but honestly, I was nervous about the strength training sessions with Amitojh. To my surprise, my body responded so well to them. Maybe Divyanshi was right all along. Maybe my body really did need movement. To all the women out there who feel stuck, exhausted, or feel like life has become an endless loop between office and home, this is such a beautiful space to explore. This is not just another place where you pay and train. It feels like a community, a family, where you slowly reconnect with your mind, body, and soul. Kudos to Divyanshi and Amitojh for bringing this to life. 🤍
I am truly grateful for the way you have guided me, not only in handling my emotions and stress, but also in helping me find calm through yoga. The relaxation I feel from these practices is something I really needed, and it is making a big difference in my life. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and support ❤️
I was initially a bit apprehensive about doing yoga and strength training online from home, but I chose to trust the process—and I’m so glad I did! These sessions have helped me build both strength and flexibility, and I genuinely enjoy them now. With consistent effort and support, I’ve lost 2.5 kg and feel more connected to my body than ever. It’s been a beautiful journey of discipline, energy, and self-care. Along the way, I’ve learned and unlearned so much—not just about fitness, but about myself too. Thank you Divyanshi and Ami for creating such a meaningful space. ❤️
“I’ve been working out for 5+ years now. I’ve tried everything from gyms to yoga to swimming to dance and always run into one issue — I get bored of it after a while and don’t feel like going back. But my experience at ComingBackTo is different. I keep wanting to join the sessions. I actually enjoy moving my body, and my favourite part is how holistic it feels. From strength training to mobility, flexibility, yoga, journaling, art therapy, breathwork, and philosophy — I feel taken care of inside out. Sometimes my husband listens to my sessions and says, ‘What you are part of is so nice, you should never stop.’”
I'm 55, and I'm stronger now than I've been in years. That's not something I expected to say. Since working with Ami last September, my strength is up and my posture has genuinely changed. The shoulder rounding and those minor aches and pains I'd just written off as part of getting older are gone. I feel so good, in fact, that I'm now planning to add running to my week. Ami doesn't do cookie cutter. Every session is tailored to your goals, form is everything to him (no shortcuts, ever) and even on Zoom he'll catch the moment your form slips on an exercise. He tracks your progress so meticulously you can actually see the journey. He's always on time, always prepared, and on the days you really don't want to show up... he'll make sure you do anyway! And he genuinely cares, not just about getting you stronger but your overall wellbeing. Really pleasant to work with too. My husband Manoj saw the change in me and signed up with Ami shortly after. Different days, same verdict. If you want to age strong, Ami is your person.

Fragmented support keeps your mind and body working apart

You need one system supporting stress, strength, habits, recovery, and emotional balance together.

  • What we do?

We bridge the gap between physical and mental health.

Challenges like body image issues, perfectionism, inconsistency, all-in/all-out mindset, and relationship with food go deeper than fitness alone.

  • How we do it ?

Showing up for your health can feel overwhelming when your relationship with your body or food has always been complicated.

We help you understand the patterns behind frustration, guilt, inconsistency, and extremes – so you can find your own rhythm and work with yourself, not against yourself.

  • Who is this for?

For people who understand that well-being is not just gym or therapy.

It’s your mindset, beliefs, lifestyle, habits, and inner world that shape your overall well-being.

  • What will you gain

    More self-awareness, compassion, and acceptance.
