Who are we?
Two people with biotech and engineering backgrounds, one became a holistic approach therapist/ Psychologist & Yoga Practitioner and the other, an artist & a fitness coach.

Hi, my name is Divyanshi Lohiya
Professionally, I am a Holistic approach Therapist/Psychologist and a Yoga practitioner.
From preparing for MBBS( because I was good in academics) to BSc biotech (Didn’t get into MBBS).
I had no idea what to do, but something that I was completely sure of was not to continue with biotech as I felt so out of the place.
Amidst my travels, book reading, spiritual learnings, and messing up my life.
I discovered that I get along well with others. Having the ability to enter someone else’s world and to understand how they view things comes naturally to me.
That’s how my journey of self-work started, and I went on to pursue my master’s degree in Psychology. I started learning Yoga, Psychotherapy, NLP, expressive art therapy, and ATB (awareness through the body) as the seeker in me wanted to delve deeper within and I always intend to continue this journey of exploring different layers of my existence and life.

Hello, my name is Amitojh
Along with my everyday gym workout. My interest in functional training and muscular physiology started growing.
There are 8 functional adaptations, but there are lots of ways to achieve them.
Every individual has their own unique pace, and I am simply an instructor sitting in the passenger seat with them.
My family was in the construction business when I was growing up in Jammu. After completing my 12th grade, I simply chose to pursue a career in civil engineering. (will take care of family business)
I knew after only a few months that I wasn’t meant for this.
I was still figuring out who I was and where I belonged after graduation, but when Corona came, everything happened to be on hold.
During that period, I gained an in-depth understanding of life and art from reading books. It was fascinating to see how I fell in love with poetry and the way it keeps me in the moment.
However, I felt Financial insecurity as I was not earning anything.
I was constantly worried that I wouldn’t have enough time to complete the important things in life. (I never knew what those important things were).
Ultimately, I decided to move to Canada, where I discovered that there was a part of me that truly enjoyed working out and getting into the best shape. As my interest grew and I decided to learn more and involve myself completely in this field by getting certifications in both personal and group training.
I was aware how having Divyanshi by my side and me working on myself, I could gain my confidence back.
That’s how an idea came to create a space where both of us can help people in taking care of their physical as well as mental health.
