What are group traing PCOD/PCOS classes
These classes are structured with a holistic approach to help improve symptoms associated with PCOD/PCOS. Physical activity sessions are conducted three times a week, while sessions focused on mental well-being are held twice weekly, ensuring a balanced approach to physical and mental health.
Do I need any prior experience or fitness level to join?
No prior experience or specific fitness level is required. These classes are typically designed to accommodate participants with varying levels of experience and fitness.
What should I wear or bring to the class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, such as athletic wear or yoga pants. Please bring any kind of weight (kettlebell or dumbbell) and resistance bands. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a yoga mat if required for floor exercises.
What are the benefits of attending these classes?
These classes provide a well-rounded approach to managing PCOD/PCOS symptoms by combining physical fitness and mental well-being practices. Regular participation can help improve hormonal balance, boost energy levels, reduce stress, and enhance overall quality of life.
