I’ve been working with Divyanshi and Ami as part of their wellbeing program for 7 months now, and the results have been wonderful. The core routines are hard but doable, and the advice has helped me push past my limits.  Working out with them has become a routine, much like cleaning my teeth.

I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, which causes stiffness and joint pain. I wasn’t feeling any better after taking many medications and trying various exercise programs. My joint aches have decreased since I began seeing Amitojh (physical fitness) and Divyanshi (mental- wellbeing)  two months ago, and I can now perform the majority of my daily tasks without difficulty. I’ve also gained enough strength, and Divyanshi’s meditation mentoring has really aided me in improving my mental space.
