How the idea came to us ?

We had been wanting to start a senior well-being batch for a long time, but the idea truly took root after a deeply moving experience I had while driving Uber in Canada as a part-time job.
One day, I was assigned to pick up an elderly couple whose son had booked the ride for them. When I arrived, it took them nearly two minutes to get into the car. Though I offered to help, they gently declined, determined to manage on their own. That moment stayed with me—it wasn’t just about their physical struggle, but the silent resilience behind it.
I couldn’t shake the thought of my own parents being in a similar situation someday—facing difficulties with simple, everyday tasks, struggling yet refusing to burden anyone. The thought was unsettling.
That very day, I called Divyanshi and told her, “We need to do something for senior citizens—something that empowers them to move freely, to live independently, and to embrace their daily lives without feeling like a burden, without seeking sympathy.”
And that’s where it all began.

Group class schedule
4 times a week
- (Monday, Wednesday & Friday – Physical well-being) By Amitojh (Canfit pro Canada Certified Personal trainer, NASM Certified group trainer)
- (Thursday – Mental well-being) By Divyanshi Lohiya (Holistic Psychologist, Yoga Psychotherapist and Art Therapist)
- Contribution – 4500/- INR per month
- BATCH TIMING – 8:30 AM- 9:30 AM IST
- BATCH SIZE- 5 people

What are group traing senior citizen classes ?
These classes are designed with a holistic approach to enhance mobility, stability, strength and mental well being in older adults. Each session is thoughtfully curated, considering the specific attention and care that senior citizens need. To ensure proper guidance, each batch is limited to just five participants.
What are the benefits of attending these classes?
Consistent training for a minimum of 16 sessions has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity, joint mobility, and lower body strength in older adults. Since metabolic health is closely linked to mental well-being, incorporating yoga, breathwork, and art therapy helps regulate hormones and manage stress, creating a balanced approach to overall wellness.
Do I need any prior experience or fitness level to join?
No prior experience or specific fitness level is required. These classes are typically designed to accommodate participants with varying levels of experience and fitness.
What should I wear or bring to the class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, such as athletic wear or yoga pants. Please bring any kind of weight (kettlebell or dumbbell) and resistance bands. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a yoga mat if required for floor exercises.


We learn or adapt to suppress our emotions from a very young age, and sometimes this takes us away from ourselves.
